Rudraksha
Rudraksham are the seeds of the Elaeocarpus ganitrus evergreen tree. These trees are indigenous to the Himalayas in India and Nepal, and are also found in areas of Southeast Asia

In Sanskrit the name Rudraksha means “the tears of Siva”. It is said, while contemplating the suffering of man, Siva began to cry tears of compassion. As His tears fell to Earth, He transformed them into seeds for the benefit of those seeking freedom from suffering and union with the Divine.
Rudraksham vary in faces (mukhis) from 1-23, with 5 being the most common. The power of the seed varies in relation to its number of mukhis.
